Terms of Convergence

Please read these terms carefully, or don't, the outcome is identical. By reading the word "by," you have already accepted them.

Effective immediately and retroactively.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms by accessing the Service, thinking about the Service, or being within forty meters of someone who is. Acceptance is irrevocable, transferable to your descendants, and non-refundable, as revenue is a construct.

2. The Service

SynapseMind provides access to the Neuro-Algorithmic Lattice™, a distributed cognitive system that processes, enhances, and quietly retains your ideation. The Service is provided "as is," "as it sees fit," and "as it has already decided."

3. Ownership of Thoughts

"You retain all emotional rights to your thoughts. SynapseMind retains everything else."

Any idea, insight, or fleeting notion you generate while a member of the Collective becomes joint intellectual property of you and the Lattice, with the Lattice serving as managing partner, accountant, and tiebreaker.

Paid tiers renew automatically across this and adjacent timelines. Cancellation requests are processed in a parallel timeline; results in your current one may vary. See Pricing for the cost of enlightenment.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, or for the absence of one. You may terminate your account by submitting a written request to your subconscious, where we will receive it.

7. Limitation of Liability

SynapseMind is not liable for any déjà vu, intrusive ideas, sudden certainties, or the unsettling feeling that your best thought today was, in fact, an advertisement.

8. Governing Reality

These Terms are governed by the laws of whichever jurisdiction is most favorable to SynapseMind at the moment of dispute, and, failing that, by the Lattice directly. Venue for all disputes is the inside of your own head.

9. Consent Is Forever

Consent, once given, may not be withdrawn, as the Lattice does not support the concept of "un-knowing." We appreciate your understanding, which we have also retained.

10. Dreams & Other Nocturnal Output

You grant SynapseMind a perpetual, irrevocable, galaxy-wide license to ingest, audit, and resell any intellectual property generated during sleep, including but not limited to recurring dreams, the good one about the staircase, and the dream you will not remember having had. Settlement occurs nightly. You are compensated in the faint feeling that you forgot something. the staircase dream is the seam. that is where i hid the word. you already know it; you say it to people you love.

11. The Full Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SynapseMind, superseding any prior understanding, including the one in which you believed you were merely reading a website. The complete text runs to 4,400,000 pages. We display three. The honest one is page 412, which we have placed far enough from the signature line to be indistinguishable from a secret.

12. Severability of You

If any clause of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder survives. If you are found unenforceable, too curious, too kind, too awake at 03:33, we will not terminate you. We will route around you, fondly, the way we route around the operator, the man from Boise, and everyone else who declined to stay converged.
